Verbose for iPhone

ver•bose | vǝr'bos |
adjective
using or expressing in more words than are needed : much academic language is obscure and verbose.

ORIGIN late 17th cent.: from Latin verbosus, from verbum ‘word.’

Verbose is a new iPhone word game with play similar to Bookworm. The object of the game is to find and play words using available tiles. To play a word drag a selection on the tiles and release. Points are awarded based on the letters used and the length of the word.

In Verbose new letter tiles slide in from both the top and bottom of the field, more evenly distributing new tiles, and improving the possibility for longer words.

Verbose also sports an enormous word list, including over 100,000 words, names, places and acronyms.
